Fruit Hub & Veggie, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in fresh food items like chicken, vegetables, and grocery products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Fresh & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered and received.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please inform us within 2–4 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo).
After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement of the item

• Refund of the item amount

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Fresh chicken & meat products

• Vegetables & fruits

• Opened grocery items

(Except in case of delivery mistake or damage from our side.)

4. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
